Hello Friends,

Sunday Forum will meet at 9:15am, Parish Hall.  Plan to join us and bring your neighbors and friends. Don't go back to sleep---the breeze at dawn has secrets to tell---"stolen" direct from the 12th century poet, Rumi! 

We have started a long series entitled, "The World Ahead" which I envision will include a range of topics that relate to each of us personally and to our faith traditions.  We have spent a couple of weeks in January on the current topic of Kashmir, including a visit from Bashir Ahmed who spoke about his recent time in Kashmir.  I hope that each person has gained some basic understanding of the history and the current issues that surround Kashmir and the link to the religion.\

Next topic---population.  I want to begin this broad topic this week.  We will spend a few weeks speaking about issues that surround population, economics, ethics, etc.  It's a fascinating topic and, to some extent, underlies most social and justice issues in the world.
